For nearly twenty years, Rachel has been a respected leader in the DC real estate scene. During the emotionally-charged experience of buying or selling real estate in urban and suburban Metro DC (a sophisticated, expensive, competitive, fast moving and ever-changing market), clients have year after year put Rachel in the top echelon of real estate pros across the city. She is recognized by Washington City Paper, Bethesda Magazine and Washingtonian Magazine as being a top agent in the area.

Rachel holds a Bachelor in Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami (FL), where she is still an active alumna. She also holds a MBA from the Kogod School of Business at American University (DC). She has her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, DC Associate Broker, active sales licenses in VA, MD and DC, ESRES (Energy Smart Real Estate Specialist) & SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). In her first five years, Rachel was named “Rookie of the Year” for all agents in DC and Montgomery County by GCAAR and her reputation in area has only continued to expand.

Rachel’s sales production rank her among the top of Realtors® nationwide, and she has been featured in numerous publications including being on the cover for REALTOR® magazine’s “30 under 30” as one of the 2009 pros chosen across the US. She is a go-to respected resource for editors covering real estate trends around the US. In 2010, she helped launch KW’s Bethesda brokerage where she was a minority owner until 2019.

Valentino was also included on Washington Life magazine’s “250 Most Influential People under 40” for the Washington, D.C., area as those that “stand out as leaders, risk-takers, givers, connectors and changemakers.” Rachel has personally owned, operated, renovated and sold numerous DC area homes, embodies a great deal of knowledge in construction and renovations, and is known for her valuable background in real estate investment and landlord/tenant law.
